On Sunday night we celebrated my big Brother's 31st birthday! Boy he is getting old tehehe. I had a present all lined up ready for him... but then I left it at Rex's place... dammit!!! Oh well, he'll get it soon enough.
It was a pretty simple deal really, we rocked up to Embers (me being late... oh well it didn't really matter) in Richmond. They do these real tasty wood-fired pizzas... I had the chilli chicken one (knowing me aye..). The coffee was pretty good I must say... didn't catch what brand beans it was. Oh well. We just had my family, Bec n Andrew, and Bec's parents there... so it was a simple but good celebration. After we left the restaurant, the workers from the restaurant went home. Hmm I guess they were waiting for us to leave! They didn't really have any other customers, plus the business is for sale. Doesn't look terribly good but there isn't really anything wrong with the food. Perhaps it is just getting a bit out of fashion? Oh well. At least we supported them for one night! Service was top notch of course, since they only had to cook and serve for us.. tehehe. Oh well. Happy Birthday Andrew!!
